I’m 50/50 with my review due to the fact that they did things quickly and sloppy. First off I had a valve stem cover missing on a tire they repaired and they claimed I didn’t come in with one to begin with even though I know for a fact it was on the tire. Second they messed up and stripped two bolts on my car wheel so I had to buy new ones. Finally I wanted to do a brake job just to save myself time found out it was $500 so I said no and did it myself no issues. When the put them back on they cleaned them even though I didn’t ask for that to be done changed me 10$ not a huge deal but would have nice to ask if I wanted that done. So all and all I’m giving 3 stars it was my first time but I’m willing to give them one more chance to improve. So I would say come here and be very specific on how you want things done in writing and have then sign so if you have problems you have something to fall back on. That’s what I’m going to do anyway.
I brought my 01 Silverado rwd in for a front end alignment and to get my emissions done. Even though i had a rusted bolt on my steering tie rod, the mechanics never gave up and made sure the job was done correctly. Their efforts resulted in a night and day difference in how it drives and i couldn't be happier. I always feel very comfortable bringing our cars in... the cars get checked out and you are given a call to let you know what is or is not needed before starting the work. Very friendly family business!!
