I'm new to the area and had my car towed to Mezzio's to replace an alternator. After getting it replaced they also gave a report on numerous other concerns on the vehicle. Some of those concerns were previously repaired by another service place. I went back to the original service place which along with the inconvenience gave me a hassle honoring the warrantee. This made me a fan of Mezzio's. I've been back for minor maintenance and they've been very accommodating to my unique circumstances. I've dealt with 4 different repair places in the area and would highly recommend Mezzio's.

I was very very pleased with the service I had at Mezzio. I went in for an oil change, and asked the mechanic if he could look underneath the car when he had it up on the lift to look for potential problems and any rust. He did so without hesitation and was pleased to do so. When I went to pay, Matt the service manager pulled all the pictures up of underneath my car on the computer to show me possible things that may need to be done and or fixed in the future.
