Not the overall best experience, but clearly as I have since learned beyond Mezzio's control. Car went in for oil change, tire rotation and check the brakes. Brakes did need to be replaced, replacement took a little over 3 days between the wrong type of pads being sent from the supplier, and then a software problem when trying to bleed the brakes. I have since learned that due to anti-lock brakes it's not like the "old days" when you bleed brakes. Mezzio did provide a rental - which they paid for, and agreed to change a couple of filters at my next oil change for free. Yes I was aggravated that it took so long, but Chuck worked with me every step of the way. Problems with the rental from Enterprise again were not Mezzio's fault, they tried to work with Enterprise and with me, but Enterprise was not very cooperative.

Today's vehicles are certainly not like our dad's car. Electronics and computer controlled systems make today's vehicles more comfortable, convenient and enhance the driving experience. However, those computer controlled systems and the software that drives those systems require updates and maintenance. Again, the entire Mezzio Auto Staff will be advised of the details of this questionable customer experience. But more importantly the entire staff will be reminded why it is critically important to insure a Mezzio Auto customer is informed, encouraged to ask questions about their vehicle's repair and to expect every effort is made to mitigate circumstances that prevent Mezzio Auto from exceeding our customer's expectations for high quality Automotive service and repair.
