Courteous staff greeted customers at the front desk and promptly attended them. Prior to completion of the unscheduled work, a phone call to my home was received for authorization. The vehicle was shortly thereafter ready for pick up and an itemized bill listing all work was handed to me. There were, additionally, two other recommendations which listed the status of brake pads in addition some rusting which was noticed. All in all, this was a positive experience. My one critique centered on having brought my vehicle in for a 60,000 mile service. This was precipitated by an e-mail which had noted that I was coming due for this service. There was no specificity available which detailed what comprised this 60,000 mile service which I believe to be important when notifying a customer of a scheduled service.As previously stated, I was satisfied with this experience.
