Very friendly staff, clean waiting room with wifi and large screen tv. Enjoyed experience, my only suggestion is that a staff member review the mechanics findings with the customer. I had to ask which suprised me. I appreciate not having a pushy sales person however I like to be told about my car's condition. Mezzio's does a great job they just need to be more proactive about informing the customer and ensuring future business. Despite this, I will be back!

The car had to be towed to there at night after breaking down on the parkway. I was called early the next morning and told what the problem was and that it could be taken care of the same day! I would not take my vehicle anywhere else!

Just went in for emission testing . Call at 330 and was able to get me in at 345.
