We took both our cars for emission testing. We were taken on time. The receptionist was very friendly. There were several customers in the waiting area. Upon leaving, we were given fiscount coupons for our next oil change as well. Quite professional. We plan to return.

Nothing bad about my experience nice and quick service happy with the out come.

They were very accomodating when I was late for my early morning appt for my emission's test. They said just bring it right in and they took care of it.

Mezzio's took care of my oil change and emissioms expertly and also found a nail in my tire which they immediately repaired. Great service.

My car had broken down close to Mezzio's (broken shifter cable - seems to be inherent in saturns - recall #1206).I am from out of town, and it was Saturday ninght - nothing open in Connectucut 'till Monday. Fortunately I was at a family member's housethat was nearby to Mezzios's. Based on some prior good dealings that with whom they had had experience with Mezzio's. My family member sugggested that the car be towed to Mezzuio's. I dropped the keys in the drop box with the hope that it would turn out well. IT DID. Jay from mezzio's called me on Monday morning, We agreed on what needed to be done to the car and it was completed within a few days, I picked the car up the follwing Saturday with no additional storage charges. Everyone was pleasant, they kept me informed of every step in the process, and the work was done well, I will use mezzio's again.
